VB Holdings believes that the confidence of international investors begins with clarity about legal entities and their responsibilities. This is why we consistently draw a clear distinction between the role of VB Holdings and that of VB Nha Mac Joint Stock Company — the project entity for which the Quang Ninh Economic Zone Authority granted approval of the investment policy and concurrent approval of the investor under Decision No. 335/QD-BQLKKT dated 28 June 2026. Maintaining this transparent legal structure across every document, contract and transaction with partners is not an administrative formality. It is how we demonstrate accountability to investors from the very first day of contact.

We believe that the long-term value of an industrial park is determined by the quality of its secondary investors, not by reaching the fastest occupancy rate. VB Quang Yen Industrial Park deliberately sets aside land for high-tech enterprises and for small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting-industry enterprises and innovative enterprises — rather than allocating the entire area to the largest investors or to those paying the highest rent. Our focus on attracting high technology, supporting industries, supply chain operations and the circular economy is the result of a deliberate choice, not a passive consequence of market conditions.

VB Holdings believes that an industrial infrastructure project must be run with the mindset of a partner for the next 70 years. The way we work with State management agencies — from the investment policy approval stage through to detailed planning — reflects the same principle: every step accounts for its consequences a decade ahead, not only for the most recent reporting quarter.
